The focus is on a skills exchange and developing our High Sense Perceptions while having fun.
We take turns giving, receiving and witnessing in a safe environment.
Everyone senses things in a different
way and by watching another person work and being able to ask questions,
it makes what they do and how they do it real for us and then we can do
it too. This is really about letting go of our limitations and
being present with what is in the moment. It is from this place
that healing and miracles happen.
The exchanges are limited to 5 people and
cost $20.
Locations: 16th & Oak in Vancouver & Ganges
Yoga Studio on Salt Spring Island.
