Sessions can include Reiki, bodywork, sound, colour, movement,
intuition and clairvoyance to help provide you with a "felt
sense" of where and how you may be limiting your life – in effect, helping you to bring your unconscious
patterns into consciousness so that you can make new and empowering choices in your life.

Sessions are safe, gentle, relaxing, and
transformative. You will learn about your body and leave with the tools to
develop your ability to recognize and work with your unconscious patterns on your own.
